What kind of parties can I host at CR8Space? Birthdays, paint parties, corporate events, you name it! Take over the entire studio or reserve space. Let's collaborate to create an inspiring and memorable experience!
How much does a private party/event cost? Weekend & Holiday Private Event deposit is $250. Fee is $25 per participant with a 20 participant/$500.00 minimum. Weekday Private Events deposit is $150. Fee is $17.50 per participant with a 20 participant/$350.00 minimum. If you have fewer than 20 guests that's fine, you can choose to reserve the entire studio for the minimum fee or have a semi-private event and pay $25 per participant. Events are up to three hours including set up and clean up. If you'd like to extend your time, you can do so by paying a time increase fee of $50/ half hour on weekends, and $30/half hour on weekdays.
What’s included? All activity and art supplies are included and our friendly staff artists are here instruct projects and help your special day run smoothly!
How do I book my event/ party? It’s easy! Simply select a date and time slot (weekend mornings are 10am-1pm, weekend afternoons are 2pm-5pm. Weekday mornings are 11am - 2pm, weekday afternoons are 3pm-6pm) on our online calendar and complete a ‘Reserve Spot’ form and one of our team members will reach out to you shortly! Or, give us a call at (818) 856-4250 In order to secure your date, we need the deposit no less than two weeks prior to your event. Please do not submit a deposit before a CR8Space team member has confirmed your date and time slot is available.
Who is considered a participant? A participant is any guest that partakes in the activities and crafts and/or uses supplies. Parents are encouraged to assist their children in participating and are no additional charge.
Can I bring in food/drinks? Yes! Food, drinks and birthday cake are more than welcome. We provide tables and counter space as well as buckets for drinks (ice not included) and knives to cut cake with.
Can I bring another vendor i.e. face painter or bounce house? Yes! Outside vendors are welcome with advance notice. 5 Star Jumpers is our preferred bounce house vendor. Contact info is (818) 696-3407
Can I bring a piñata? Yes! We kindly request no confetti- filled piñatas. We do not provide piñatas or stick.
Is there parking? There is street parking and guests are encouraged to carpool if/when possible.
What is the cancellation policy? For a full refund you must notify us by phone or email no less than one (1) week before your event date. Cancellations made less than one (1) week from the event date receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
